Abstract
"MICROESFERAS E PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DAS MESMAS". A presente invenção tem por objeto microesferas destinadas a serem administradas por via injetável compreendendo um princípio ativo protéico e um agente de revestimento do princípio ativo, destinado a prolongar sua liberação, desprovidas de qualquer traço de solvente orgânico, e susceptíveis de serem obtidas de acordo com um processo de revestimento implicando a colocação em contato, sob agitação, do princípio ativo e do agente de revestimento em um fluído super-crítico, o referido agente de revestimento sendo solúvel no fluido super-crítico. O princípio ativo protéico não é desnaturado.
