Abstract

"FORMAÇÃO DE PADRÃO" Um precursor, por exemplo, para uma placa de impressão, tem um revestimento de uma composição termosensível, a solubilidade da qual em um revelador aquoso é arranjada para aumentar em áreas aquecidas. A composição contem um composto que aumenta a resistência de áreas não-aquecidas da composição termo-sensível para dissolução em um revelador aquoso, o dito composto sendo selecionado de grupos compreendendo: (A) compostos que incluem uma unidade poli (óxido de alquileno); (B) siloxanos; e (C) ésteres, éteres e amidas de alcoóis poliídricos.
