Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODOS E COMPOSIÇÕES DE REDUÇÃO DE MICROORGANISMOS PARA LIMPEZA DE ALIMENTOS" . São fornecidas composições para limpeza de alimentos básicos usando ingredientes compatíveis com alimentos para tratar alimentos tais como produtos naturais, por exemplo frutas e verduras, e proteínas animais comestíveis, com perfume não-substantivo específico. Formulações líquidas e sólidas em pó diluídas com água também compreendendo perfume não-substantivo são aplicadas aos gêneros alimentícios imediatamente antes do consumo e deixadas repousar por cerca de meio minuto para reduzir significativamente a contaminação por microorganismos. Com os processos preferidos, os alimentos podem ser consumidos sem enxágüe.
