Abstract
" ARTIGO BIOPROTÉTICO, E, PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE MATERIAL BIOCOMPATÍVEL E PARA PRODUÇÃO DE UM ARTIGO BIOPROTÉTICO" . A invenção apresenta um artigo bioprotético incluindo um material biocompátivel tendo menos de uma estrutura de armazenagem exógena ligada, a estrutura de armazenagem tendo uma quantidade de inibidores de calcificação leberavelmente ligados a ela. A estrutura de armazenagem pode ser uma proteína ou um polímentro sintético. Os inibidores de calcificação incluem geralmente inibidores de íons de metal e de fosfatases. Os agentes de quelação de metal bifuncionais podem ser ligados a proteínas endógenas para liberar os íons de metal.
