Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PRÓTESE DE VÁLVULA CARDÍACA, DISPOSITIVO DE PUNHO COSTUR3AVEL ROTATIVO, E, APARELHO PARA MONTAGEM DE UM ELEMENTO DE UM PUNHO COSTUR3AVEL EM UMA PRÓTESE DE VÁLVULA CARDÍACA". A invenção proporciona um dispositivo de punho costurável (32) para montagem no corpo (22) de uma prótese de válvula cardíaca (20). O dispositivo de punho costurável compreende uma mola deformada resilientemente (42) para exercer uma força orientada na direção da estrutura de orifício. Quando é aplicado um torque à válvula (20), a força resulta em um torque de resistência à rotação suficiente para resistir à rotação durante a operação normal da válvula (20) após a implantação porém suficientemente baixo para permitir uma rotação assistida, como durante uma cirurgia.
