Abstract
VÁLVULA CARDÍACA PROTÉTICA, MÉTODO PARA TRATAR UM PACIENTE, E, KIT PARA EXECUTAR UM MÉTODO.Uma válvula cardíaca protética é provida com um colar (85,"5285, 400) tendo características que promovem vedação com os tecidos naturais até mesmo onde os tecidos naturais são irregulares. O colar pode incluir uma porção (90) adaptada para contatar no LVOT quando a válvula é implantada em uma válvula aórtica natural. A válvula pode incluir elementos(210, 211, 230, 252, 253) para impelir o colar exteriormente com respeito ao corpo de stent quando o corpo de stent está em uma condição expandida. O colar pode ter porções de espessura diferente (280) distribuídas ao redor da circunferência da válvula em um padrão casando com a forma da abertura definida pelo tecido natural. Tudo ou parte (402) do colar pode ser móvel relativo ao stent durante implantação.
