Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MISTURAS BEBÍVEIS SECAS FORTIFICADAS POR FERRO, ZINCO E VITAMINAS DE COR ESTÁVEL". A presente invenção refere-se aos aperfeiçoamentos de cor e aroma em pós de bebida secos suplementados por ferro e zinco tendo aroma de fruta e/ou botânico. Vitaminas, tais como vitaminas B, vitamina A, vitamina C e vitamina E podem ser adicionadas à mistura de bebida seca. A mistura de bebida seca suplementada também pode conter iodo, niacina e ácido fólico. Em particular, os processos para fortificar as misturas de bebidas secas com determinados compostos de zinco e ferro biodisponíveis, sem produzir bebidas reconstituídas tendo cor ou aroma indesejáveis, são descritos.
