Abstract
"REALCE DA SOLUBILIDADE DE QUELADOS DE AMINOÁCIDO DE FERRO E PROTEINADOS DE FERRO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para realçar a solubilidade de quelados de aminoácidos de ferro e proteinados de ferro. Este é concluído misturando-se uma quantidade eficaz de um agente de solubilização de ácido orgânico no quelado de aminoácido de ferro ou proteinado de ferro existente. Os quelados de aminoácido de ferro e proteinados de ferro podem ter uma relação molar de ligando para metal de cerca de 1:1 a 4:1, preferivelmente de 2:1 a 3:1.
