Abstract
Patente de de Invenção "COMPOSIÇÃO AQUOSA DE REVESTIMENTO DE AUTODEPOSIÇÃO E REVESTIMENTO DE AUTODEPOSIÇÃO". Uma composição aquosa de revestimento de autodeposição que é essencialmente livre de composto de cromo e que produz uma película com aderência e resistência à corrosão muito melhores do que as obtidas até agora, mas que o faz sem um tratamento de enxaguagem com uma solução contendo cromo antes da cura da película. A composição de revestimento de autodeposição aquosa tem um pH de aproxidamente 1,6 a aproximadamente 5 e contém (i) resina formadora de película orgânica dispersível em água ou solúvel em água; (ii) pelo menos um dentre íons fluoreto e íons fluoreto e íons fluoreto complexos; (iii) íons de pelo menos um metal selecionado dentre zinco, cobalto, manganês, níquel, ferro, e alumínio; e (iv) íon tungstato e/ou íon molibdato.
