Abstract

Patente de Invenção "SISTEMA DE TRANSPORTE DE FRUTAS E LEGUMES", a presente invenção refere-se a um novo e inédito sistema completo de manuseio de frutas e legumes, desde o ponto de recebimento até a última etapa de industrialização. O transporte das frutas ou legumes se dá em meio aquoso, onde o material transportado pode estar submerso ou não no veículo transportador. O sistema proposto é constituído por moegas e calhas de recebimento, calhas e dutos de transporte, desviadores, pulmão acumulador, bicos injetores, bombas, válvulas, incentivadores de turbulência, separadores de lixo, medidor de nível de fluído, sistema de retorno do excesso de frutas ou legumes, filtros, extrator de óleo, sistema de limpeza de frutas/legumes, secador rotativo, controlador volumétrico fluxo.
