Abstract

Resumo da Patente de Invenção de "SISTEMA DE ESTOCAGEM DE FRUTAS "IN NATURA". A proposta da presente invenção diz respeito ao favorecimento da estocagem de frutas por período de tempo prolongado, quer em pallets (4), quer em silos metálicos (9), através do auxilio de material de pequena granulometria, como por exemplo, terra, serragem, gesso calcáreo (isalante ATCC) e outros, de modo a protegem as frutas processadas isoladas da ação da atmosfera reinante.
