Abstract
MÉTODO DE ASSEPSIA PARA UMA ROLHA METÁLICA E ROLHA METÁLICA PARA GARRAFAS. É descrito um método de assepsia para uma rolha metálica, compreendendo as etapas de: imprimir na face superior de uma folha metálica ou folha virgem, os motivos decorativos e respectivos dizeres; aplicar, nesta mesma face externa, um verniz não aderente a fim de proteger tanto o material da tampa quanto a impressão preliminar; aplicar, na face interna da folha metálica, uma mistura de verniz de tipo aderente e agente bactericida e/ou germicida; posicionar os vedantes a fim de que estes fiquem aderidos em uma posição centralizada em relação à rolha metálica final; e recortar a folha metálica de modo a resultar em um disco externamente dotado de impressão.
