Abstract
MÉTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE CAFÉ CEREJA USANDO ÁGUA QUENTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um tratamento do café cereja, por meio do qual a qualidade do café cereja armazenado após a colheita possa ser melhorada. A saber, o método de tratamento do café cereja compreende uma etapa de refinamento para a separação dos grãos de café verde do café cereja, em que uma etapa de tratamento com água quente para o tratamento do café cereja usando água quente é empregada antes da etapa de refinamento.
