ANTICORPO L243 HUMANIZADO, ANTICORPO BIESPECÍFICO OU FRAGMENTOS DE LIGAÇÃO A ANTÍGENO DOS MESMOS, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, KIT E USO DOS REFERIDOS ANTICORPOS. A presente invenção refere-se a anticorpos humanizados que especificamente ligam HLA-DR. Os anticorpos reconhecem o epitopo reconhecido pelo anticorpo monoclonal de camundongo L243. São providos processos para a preparação de tais anticorpos, composições farmacêuticas contendo tais anticorpos, e diagnóstico e terapêutico clínico, bem como usos relacionados com pesquisa para tais anticorpo.
