Abstract
FOSFOLIPASES, ÁCIDOS NUCLÉICOS CODIFICANDO-OS E MÉTODOS PARA PREPARAR E EMPREGÁ-LOS.A invenção fornece novos polipeptídeos que tem atividade de fosfolipase, incluindo, por exemplo, atividade de fosfolipase A, B, C E D, atividade de patatin, fosfatases de ácido fosfatídico (PAP) e/ou atividade de acil hidrolase de lipídio (LAH), ácidos nucléicos codificando-os e anticorpos que ligam-se a eles. Métodos industriais, por exemplo, desengomamento de óleo e produtos compreendendo uso destas fosfolipases são da mesma forma fornecidos.
