Abstract
"CIRCUITO DE CAPACITÂNCIA SELECIONÁVEL". Um capacitor controlado por tensão, e métodos para formar o mesmo, são descritos. Uma membrana condutora mecânica do capacitor controlado por tensão é móvel para, e a partir de, uma primeira posição e de uma segunda posição. Um valor de capacitância pode variar com o movimento da membrana condutora mecânica. Um capacitor controlado por tensão de sistemas microeletromecânicos (MEMS) pode ser usado em uma variedade de aplicações, tais como, mas não limitadas a, comutadores de RF e atenuadores de RF.
