Abstract
"COMPOSTOS PEPTÍDEOS LIBERADORES DE GASTRINA APERFEIÇOADOS". A presente invenção se refere a novos compostos aperfeiçoados para uso no diagnóstico de imagem ou terapia que tem a fórmula M-N-O-P-G, na qual M é uma etiqueta ótica ou um quelator do metal (na forma complexada com um radionuclídeo metal ou não), N-O-P são ligantes e G é o peptídeo alvo receptor GRP. Os métodos para obter a imagem de um paciente e/ou fornecer radioterapia ou fototerapia a um paciente que usa os compostos da invenção são também fornecidos. Os métodos e kits para preparar um agente radioterapêutico são adicionalmente fornecidos.
