Abstract
"COMPOSTOS PEPTÍDEOS LIBERADORES DE GASTRINA APERFEIÇOADOS". A presente invenção se refere aos compostos aperfeiçoados para uso na imagem diagnóstica ou na terapêutica. Estes compostos são representados pela fórmula M-N-O-P-G, na qual M é um (rótulo) a etiqueta ótica ou um quelator de metal (na forma complexa ou com um radionuclídeo do metal ou não), N-O-P são ligante, e G é o peptídeo alvo receptor GRP. A invenção se refere aos métodos para obter a imagem de um paciente e/ou prover uma radioterapia ou fototerapia a um paciente que usa os compostos de acordo com a invenção. Adicionalmente, a invenção se refere aos métodos e kits para preparar um agente da imagem diagnóstica a partir do composto. A invenção se refere por último a métodos e kits para preparar um agente radioterapêutico.
