Abstract

"APERFEIÇOAMENTOS NO AMARGOR DA CERVEJA". Iso- -ácidos e iso- -ácidos reduzidos em seus estados de ácidos livres são convertidos em resinas móveis pela adição de soluções concentradas de hidróxidos de metal alcalino. Os produtos podem ser utilizados na preparação para tornar amarga a cerveja e são mais eficazmente utilizados em um aparelho que mistura automaticamente o produto com água e injeta a solução aquosa, resultante em cerveja.
