Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ÁLCOOIS GRAXOS RAMIFICADOS, SUBSTANCIALMENTE INSATURADOS". A invenção refere-se a álcoois graxos, ramificados, substancialmente insaturados que são obtidos por (a) dimerização de ácidos graxos insaturados com 16 a 22 átomos de carbono de uma maneira conhecida, (b) separação da fração monomérica obtida durante a dimerização, (c) transformar os ácidos graxos ramificados, substancialmente insaturados que são obtidos nesta fração em ésteres metílicos de ácido graxo correspondentes, e (d) hidrogenação dos ésteres metílicos de ácido graxo ramificados, substancialmente insaturados de modo a obter ligações duplas.
