Patente de Invenção: "UTILIZAÇÃO DE MICROEMULSÕES EM PROCESSOS DE FERMENTAÇÃO". A invenção refere-se à utilização de emulsões de O/W, contendo pelo menos água, emulsificantes, bem como uma fase oleosa, que contém um ou mais compostos, escolhidos dos grupos a) dos alquilésteres de ácido graxo e/ou b) dos triglicerídios de origem vegetal, sendo que as emulsões apresentam um tamanho de gota de 1 a 100 nm, em processos de fermentação.
