Abstract
RESUMOSISTEMAS E MÉTODOS PARA AJUSTAR ZONAS DE COZIMENTO EM FORNOUm sistema de cozimento tendo zonas de cozimento ajustáveis no forno inclui de modo geral uma pilha espiral disposta dentro de uma câmara de forno de cozimento, a pilha espiral incluindo uma pluralidade de bancadas, e um sistema de circulação para enviar um meio de cozimento gasoso para a pilha espiral na câmara de forno de cozimento. O sistema inclui ainda um conjunto de balcão incluindo um balcão interno e um balcão externo, em que a posição do balcão interno é móvel com relação à posição do balcão externo. São propor-cionados também métodos para ajustar zonas de cozimento em um forno, e sistemas e mé-todos para sistemas de fluxo bidirecionais para fornos de cozimento.
