Abstract
Patente de Invenção: ''USO DE DIÓXIDO DE CARBONO E ÁCIDO CARBÔNICO PARA LIMPEZA DE LENTES DE CONTATO'' . Composições de limpeza de lente de contato compreendendo dióxido de carbono e ácido carbônico como agentes de limpeza são mostradas. As composições não requerem agentes abrasivos tais como pérolas poliméricas, nem agentes ocularmente irritantes tais como enzimas ou tensoativos de modo a limpar efetivamente depósitos protéicos ou não-protéicos da superfície de lentes de contato. É também mostrado um regime de limpeza e desinfecção de uma etapa, pelo que uma composição de tablete efervescente capaz de gerar dióxido de carbono e ácido carbônico é dissolvida em uma solução desinfetante ou solução de rinsagem/desinfetante/estocagem.
