Abstract
"PROTEÍNA, DNA, VETOR RECOMBINANTE, TRANSFORMANTE DE MICROORGANISMO, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR GLUTAMINASE" Uma glutaminase é purificada a partir do Aspergillus oryzae e a sua seqüência parcial de amonoácidos é determinada. Com base nos dados assim obtidos, uma seqüência parcial do gene da glutaminase é adquirida por PCR. Usando-a como uma sonda, a hidridização é efetuada e desta maneira fragmentos de DNA que contenham o gene de glutaminase são obtidos de uma biblioteca genômica e de uma biblioteca de cDNA do A. oryzae e de uma biblioteca genômica e de uma biblioteca de cDNA do A. nidulans.
