Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "DERIVADO DE ÁCIDO BARBITÚRICO E AGENTE PREVENTIVO E TERAPÊUTICO PARA OSSOS E CARTILAGENS CONTENDO O MESMO" . A presente invenção refere-se a um derivado de ácido barbitúrico mostrado na fórmula (I) (onde cada R ou R¹ independentemente um do outro representa um átomo de hidrogênio, um grupo alquila ou um grupo de C~ 1~-C~ 15~ alquenila substituído ou não-substituído, um grupo arilmetila substituído ou não substituído, e um grupo arila substituído ou não-substituído, e R² representa um grupo alquila ou um grupo de C~ 1~-C~ 15~ alquenila substituído ou não substituído, um grupo arilmetila substituído ou não-substituído, e um grupo arila substituído ou não-substituído). O derivado de ácido barbitúrico da presente invenção apresenta uma forte atividade inibidora de ressorção óssea e é útil como um agente preventivo e terapêutico para doenças que afetam ossos e cartilagens.
