Abstract
''SISTEMA PARA A USINAGEM DE PERFIL DE PLACAS DE MÁRMORE, PEDRA, VIDRO E SIMILARES UTILIZANDO UM MOLDE'' Um sistema para a usinagem de perfil de placas (23) de mármore, pedra, vidro e similares, utilizando moldes (31), compreende uma pluralidade de peças de distância de operação pneumática e ajuste mecânico ou blocos de suporte (1). Cada peça de distância ou bloco de suporte é ajustável em altura por meio de uma disposição de parafuso (8) e porca (6) e é fornecida com vedações de sucção (11) em sua superfície de extremidade para suportar a placa, (15, 16) em um degrau anular para fixar o molde de usinagem, e (3) em sua base para fixar o conjunto de placa e peça de distância firmemente à bancada de trabalho , à medida em que a placa está sendo usinada. Todas as vedações de sucção (3, 11, 15, 16) são conectadas aos tubos de conexão (24) que terminam em um bico de conexão que é conectado a uma fonte de vácuo pneumática.
