Abstract
"FERRAMENTAS ROTATIVAS PARA PRODUZIR PERFIS OU RECORTES EM MATERIAIS FRÁGEIS DUROS, E COM UMA AÇÃO COMBINADA ABRASIVA E DE QUEBRA". A ferramenta rotativa para produzir perfis ou recortes em materiais frágeis duros tais como mármore, granito, pedra, vidro ou similar compreende, no mínimo, um corpo simétrico em rotação 1, 2 que envolve uma configuração definida pela envoltória de uma multiplicidade de partes circulares 6 a 13, dotadas externamente de dispositivo de diamante. As partes circulares são separadas por sulcos 20 a 25 e a configuração corresponde como um negativo de perfis ou recortes a serem produzidos nos materiais frágeis e duros acima mencionados, o arranjo sendo tal que a produção de perfis ou recortes é efetuada conjuntamente pela abrasão na parte do dispositivo de diamante e por quebra por fratura frágil na parte dos sulcos, e possíveis insertos de quebra 30 com um pino metálico que é duro ou coberto com diamante industrial.
