Abstract
PROCESSO PARA POLIMERIZAR MONÔMERO DE CLORETO DE VINILA NA PRESENÇA DE LUZ Um processo para polimerizar monômero de cloreto de vinila na presença de luz. Uma mistura é formada de monômero de cloreto de vinila, preferivelmente cerca de 50 até aproximadamente 125 ppm de um catalisador de metaloceno, aproximadamente 1 até cerca de 2.000 moles de um co-catalisador que contém alumínio por mol de catalisador, e opcionalmente até cerca de 500 moles de uma base Lewis por mol de alumínio no co-catalisador. Grupos de alquila selecionados do co-catalisador que contém alumínio podem ser colocados nas extremidades das cadeias de cloreto de polivinila.
