Abstract
"MÉTODO DE ELIMINAÇÃO DE MAU CHEIRO ORIUNDO DE GASES". É divulgado um método de eliminação do odor oriundo de um gás mal cheiroso, onde o odor é devido à presença de um ácido graxo de C~ 10~ a C~ 18~ no gás. Uma solução aquosa contendo pelo menos uma quantidade estequiométrica de uma base que reage com o ácido graxo de C~ 10~ a C~ 18~ para produzir um sal é pulverizada dentro do gás.
