Abstract
Patente de Invenção: ANÁLISE DE SEQÜÊNCIA DE ÁCIDO NUCLÊICO. A presente invenção está relacionada a um método para determinar a seqüência de um polinucleotídio, o método compreendendo as etapas de: (i) reagir um polinucleotídio meta com uma enzima de polimerase imobilizada em um suporte sólido e os diferentes nucleotídios, sob condições suficientes para a reação da polimerase; e (ii) detectar a incorporação de um nucleotídio específico complementar ao polinucleotídio alvo por medição de radiação.
