Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SÍNTESE DE POLINUCLEOTÍDEOS USANDO UMA ENZIMA DE PROCESSAMENTO". Um processo para a síntese de polinucleotídeos, compreende as etapas de: (i) reação de uma enzima de processo de polinucleotídeos, por exemplo, uma polimerase ou TdT, com um substrato de nucleotídeo, sob condições adequadas para a atividade da enzima; e (ii) modulação da conformação da enzima, por exemplo, usando radiação, para permitir a incorporação de um nucleotídeo pré-determinado.
