Patente de Invenção: "SEQÜENCIAMENTO DE POLINUCLEOTÍDEOS USANDO UMA HELICASE". Um processo para o seqüenciamento de um polinucleotídeo, compreendendo as etapas de (i) reação de um polinucleotídeo alvo com uma enzima de helicase / primase (que pode estar imobilizada), sob condições adequadas para a atividade da enzima; e (ii) detecção da interação entre a enzima e um nucleotídeo no alvo, por medição de radiação.
