Abstract
"PROCESSO DE CULTIVO, PROCESSO MELHORADO DE PRODUÇÃO DE AVES QUIMÉRICAS, E, LINHAGEM DE CÉLULA EG DE AVES". Sistema de cultura para produzir células PGCs ou EG por cultivo de PGCs durante longos períodos em cultura de tecido é provido. Este sistema de cultivo usa LIF, bFGF, IgF e SCF. As células EG resultantes são utilizáveis para a produção de aves quiméricas e transgênicas, particularmente, galinhas e perus, e também para fins de clonagem.
