Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO DE FORMAÇÃO DE UM ROTOR PARA MÁQUINAS ELETROMAGNÉTICAS E RESPECTIVO ROTOR VOLANTE" . Um processo de conformação por repuxamento com cisalhamento para um magneto-gerador; o rotor compreende um membro em forma de tampo (10) de material metálico tendo um fundo (11) e paredes periféricas definindo um anel cilíndrico (12) para circulação do fluxo magnético e um cubo central (13) para conexão com um eixo-motor. O membro de tampo (11, 12) e o cubo central (13) são formados como uma só peça de um disco recortado (20) de material metálico maleável que é plasticamente conformado a frio por estágios progressivos de conformação aproximada para obter a parede inferior (11) do membro de tampo, o anel periférico (12) e o cubo central (13) do rotor por intermédio de operações de rolamento ou de repuxamento com cisalhamento contra as superfícies conformadoras (21, 22, 25), enquanto mantendo o mesmo disco recortado (20) de material e/ou pré-forma em rotação.
