Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE ALCANOLAMIDAS DE ÁCIDO GRAXO" . É aconselhado um processo para preparação de alcanolamidas de ácido graxo, segundo o qual triglicerídeos da fórmula (I) na qual R¹CO, R²CO e R³CO independentemente um do outro representam radical acila saturado ou insaturado linear ou ramificado com 6 até 22 átomos de carbono, são reagidos com alcanolaminas da fórmula (II) na qual R^ 4^ representa um radical hidroxialquila linear ou ramificado, R^ 5^ representa um radical alquila linear ou ramificado e R^ 6^ representa R^ 4^ ou R^ 5^, e a glicerina liberada na amidação é removida. O processo distingue-se por conversões especialmente elevadas e leva a produtos com propriedades espessantes especialmente vantajosas.
