A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de suspensão destinado ao amortecimento do balanço ou da oscilação transversal. Esse dispositivo compreende primeiro A1 e segundo A1' amortecedores, os quais comportam macacos (114, 114') dispostos, por exemplo, entre um truque (14) de veículo ferroviário e a caixa (15) do veículo, uma das extremidades desses macacos (114, 114') sendo solidário a esse truque (14) de veículo ferroviário, e a outra extremidade desses macacos (114, 114') sendo solidária a essa caixa (15) do veículo.
