A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo e a um processo de colocação na massa de tranças de blindagem (5) de cabos blindados (6), caracterizado pelo fato de que comporta um suporte (1) longitudinal, cuja seção radial é em forma geral de U, no fundo do qual é disposta uma junta (2) recoberta de um estojo (3), o suporte (10) sendo capaz de receber sobre sua face superior uma tampa (4), esse suporte (1) comportando na parte superior uma seqüência de alvéolos (7) capazes de receber os cabos blindados (6).
