Composição lipídica sintética, na qual o teor e a distribuição de ácidos graxos são similares àquela da gorgura do leite humano, contendo menos que 2% em peso de ácidos graxos livre, em que o ácido palmítico está predominantemente na posição 2 dos triacilgliceróis e os ácidos araquidônicos e docosaexaenóico são distribuídos entre as posições 1-, 2- e 3, e em particular, predominantemente na posição 2 dos triacilgliceróis.
