Abstract
Patente de Invenção "DERIVADOS DE TAXANE E DROGAS QUE OS CONTÉM" , caracterizada pelo fato de que, esta invenção está relacionada a um derivado de taxane representado pela fórmula abaixo (1): onde pelo menos um de X e Y representa um grupo -CO-A-B, onde A representa uma união simples, um grupo alquilenocarbonil ou similar e B representa um grupo piperidino substituído ou não substituído ou similar, os outros representam um grupo tert-butoxicarbonil ou similar, e Z representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo trietilenesilil, e também uma droga contendo o mesmo. Este composto tem alta solubilidade em água e excelente atividades antitumor.
