Abstract
"PROCESSO DE ESTABILIZAR BEBIDAS CONTENDO SUBSTÂNCIAS CAUSADORAS DE NÉVOA E USO DE UMA MATRIZ HIDROFÍLICA POROSA INSOLÚVEL EM ÁGUA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a remoção de polifenóis e proteínas simultaneamente de uma bebida, contactando-se a bebida com um permutador de íons, que é capaz de adsorver ambos os tipos de substâncias. O aspecto característico do permutador de íons a ser usado é que ele seja uma matriz hidrofílica porosa, insolúvel em água, a que os grupos de permuta de íons sejam covalentemente ligados.
