Abstract
Patentes de Invenção: DISPOSITIVOS E PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE ITENS DE PLÁSTICO, EM PARTICULAR ITENS MOLDADOS DE POLIURETANO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de componentes de plástico em um dispositivo, cujas superfícies internas consistem de aço parcial ou completamente nitricadocom uma composição em percentagem: a) Fe: <100% em peso, b) pelo menos um elemento do grupo W, Mo e V com um teor de: W: 0 a 40% em peso, preferivelmente 2 a 30% em peso, em mais preferivelmente 3 a 10% em peso, Mo: 0 a 12% em peso, preferivelmente, 0,1 a 5% em peso, e mais preferivelmente 0,5 a 2% em peso, V: 0 a 5% em peso, preferivelmente 0,5 a 4% em peso, e mais preferivelmente 1 a 3% em peso; c) pelo menos um elemento do grupo Cr a Al, com um teor de Cr: 0 a 15% em peso, preferivelmente 1 a 6% em peso, Al: 0 a 15% em peso; d) opcionalmente com carbono em um teor de 0,1 a 1,5% em peso, preferivelmente 0,15 a 1,0% em peso e) opcionalmente com cobalto em um teor de 0,1 a 10% em peso, preferivelmente 2 a 8% em peso, e mais preferivelmente 4 a 6% em peso, e, opcionalemtne com f) nitrogênio em um revestimento nitrificado com 0 a 10% em peso do nitrogênio.
