Abstract
Patente de Invenção: ''PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE PEÇAS MOLDADAS DE MATÉRIA SINTÉTICA DE UMA MISTURA DE REAÇÃO FLUIDA'' . A produção de peças moldadas de matéria sintética de uma mistura de reação fluida, particularmente a colocação de solas de sapato em canos de sapato, pode ser simplificada e acelerada, com menos refugo, pelo fato de que a mistura de reação produzida em jatos em uma cabeça de mistura (7) é introduzida através de um tubo de escoamento em ferramentas de moldar (9) guiadas à frente da mesma, sendo que a câmara de mistura e o tubo de escoamento (8) são mantidas enchidas durante os tempos de espera entre dois jatos por um órgão de fechamento, e sendo que os tempos de início de reação da mipistura de reação usada corresponde, no máximo, ao tempo de espera entre o fim de um jato e o início do jato seguinte, de modo que a mistura de reação remanescente pode ser usada, respectivamente, para a produção da próxima peça moldada.
