Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "TRATAMENTO DE CACAU" . Processo para o preparo de sementes trituradas caramelizadas de cacau, no qual uma mistura é preparada compreendendo pelo menos pedaços de sementes trituradas de cacau, açúcar e água e/ou leite, essa mistura é tratada em uma temperatura elevada, de forma a se obter sementes trituradas caramelizadas de cacau, as sementes trituradas caramelizadas de cacau são temperaturas e, então, elas são tratadas pelo calor. O objeto da presente invenção também são sementes trituradas caramelizadas de cacau e seu uso no setor alimentício.
