Abstract
Patente de Invenção: FOSFATIZAÇÃO DE ZINCO USANDO BAIXAS CONCENTRAÇÕES DE COBRE E DE MANGANÊS'' . Um processo para fosfatização de superficies de metal de aço, de aço galvanizado ou de liga-aço galvanizado e/ou de alumínio, em que as superfícies de metal são postas em contato com uma solução para fosfatização contendo zinco por atomização ou imersão durante um período entre 3 segundos e 8 minutos, caracterizado pelo fato de que a solução de fosfatização contém: desde 0,2 até 3 g/litro de íons de zinco; desde 3 até 50 g/litro de íons fosfato, calculado como PO~ 4~; desde 1 até 150 mg/litro de íons de manganês; desde 1 até 30 mg/litro de íons de cobre; e um ou mais aceleradores.
