A invenção refere-se a uma construção de superestrutura, como uma superestrutura rígida abrangendo um tilho (18) disposto sobre um dormente de concreto (10), estando o trilho baseado em uma placa de nervuras (16) e entre a base de assentamento e a fixação está prevista ao mesmo uma camada intermediária (36) com uma rigidez x configurada de tal sorte que no lado da bse do trilho pode ser produzida uma tensão do trilho máximo admissível e/ou predeterminável.
