Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PEÇAS DE VIA FÉRREA BEM COMO PROCESSOS PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DAS MESMAS" . Para se poder usar uma peça de via férrea (10) tanto para a via férrea normal como, também, para a região de desvio, é usado um aço tratado a vácuo com pelo menos 0,53 a 0,62% de C, 0,65 a 1,1% de Mn, 0,8 a 1,3% de Cr, 0,05 a 0,11% de Mo, 0,05 a 0,11% de V, =< 0,02% de P, o restante sendo ferro bem como impurezas usuais condicionadas pela fusão. Nesse caso, a peça de via férrea (10) está em forma de um trilho de cabeça abaulada de aço laminado com estrutura perlítica. Se a peça de via férrea (10) for empregada como seção de desvio então uma seção de trilho de cabeça abaulada laminada é usada como material de partida, que, por beneficiamento apresenta uma estrutura martensítica, pelo menos na região da cabeça de trilho de cabeça abaulada (16).
