Patente de Invenção de "PROCESSO CONTÍNUO DE PREPARAR COMPOSTO DE INTERCALAÇÃO DE ÓXIDO DE MANGANÊS COM LÍTIO DE FASE ÚNICA, PROCESSO DE SINTETIZAR ÓXIDO DE MANGANÊS COM LÍTIO, PROCESSO DE PREPARAR COMPOSTO DE INTERCALAÇÃO DE ÓXIDO DE MANGANÊS COM LÍTIO DE FASE ÚNICA E ÓXIDO DE MANGANÊS COM LÍTIO" . Um processo contínuo de preparar um composto de intercalação de óxido de manganês com lítio de fase única da fórmula Li~ 1+x~Mn~ 2-x~O~ 4~ compreendendo as etapas de: misturar intimamente um hidróxido de lítio ou um sal de lítio e um óxido de manganês ou um sal de manganês; alimentar os sais intimamente misturados para um reator; agitar continuamente os sais misturados no reator; aquecer os sais misturados agitados no reator a uma temperatura de aproximadamente 650°C até aproximadamente 800°C por um tempo não em excesso de aproximadamente 4 horas em uma atmosfera contendo oxigênio; e resfriar o produto reagido a menos de aproximadamente 200°C em uma atmosfera contendo oxigênio por um tempo não em excesso de aproximadamente 2 horas.
