Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ADESINA DE HELICOBACTER PYLORI'' .A invenção refere-se a um gen de aderência AlpB de helicobacter pylori e ao polipeptídeo dele codificado. Esse gen ocorreu por inserção de TnMax9 por transposon (Mutagenese) do cromossomo de H-pylori e é caracterizado pela clonagem e sequenciamento da região flanqueada fluxo abaixo AlpA . esses dois gens de aderência pertencem talvez ao mesmo operon e são provavelmente transcritos por somente um promotor.
