Abstract
MISTURAS DE GORDURAS MODIFICADAS . Óleo vegetal e gordura animal reduzida de colesterol misturados que são combinados em uma proporção tal que a relação de peso do teor de ácido linoléico (18:2) dividido pelo teor de ácido mirístico (14:2) esteja entre 2 e 9 inclusive. Além disso, a gordura animal reduzida de colesterol pode ser misturada com óleo de peixe reduzido de colesterol para estabilizar o óleo de peixe contra oxidação pelo ar à temperatura ambiente.
