Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA REDUZIR MATERIAL CONTENDO ÓXIDO E UNIDADE ONDE SE REALIZA O PROCESSO" . Em um processo para reduzir material particulado contendo óxido no método de leito turbilhonante, o material contendo óxido, por meio do gás de redução que flui da parte inferior para a parte superior, é mantido em uma camada de turbilhonamento, sendo, então, reduzido. Para evitar, ou reduzir consideravelmente, as interrupções de operação do processo de redução causado por adesão ou incrustação, a velocidade do tubo livre do gás de redução, exclusivamente acima da camada de turbilhonamento (24) é diminuída sobre a seção transversal totalmente livre (31, 32, 33) de um espaço presente acima da camada de turbilhonamento (24) continuamente e evitando-se a formação de turbilhonamento.
